Learn to Spin
The Shuttles and Spindles Spinning and Weaving Guild of the Newark Valley Historical Society is sponsoring two free "Learn to Spin"sessions on Saturday, February 9, and Saturday, March 8, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Noble Room in the Municipal Building (Post Office) in Newark Valley.
Wheels and fibers will be provided or you can bring your own. This is open to children, teens, and adults. Contact Denise Nunn at (607) 642-5568 for more information.
