• Bingo
January 19, Saturday
The doors open for Bingo at 12:00 Noon,
with the Early Bird Bonanza at 12:45 pm. Regular Bingo starts at 1:00 pm.
Cash prizes. All paper. Proceeds benefit the Waterman Center. Beverages
available. Bingo games are easy and fun to play for the entire family.
Admission is $3. Bingo will also be played on February 2 and 16.
• Annual Meeting

Come and hear reports, meet the board members,
and learn about plans for the future. Refreshments.
• Natural Hide Tanning
January 25, 6-9pm

Learn to tan hide the ancient natural way.
Primitive technologist, Doug Jenks, will guide you through the steps involved
to naturally tan a deer hide by using organic materials. This process will
take three consecutive days and is labor intensive. Learn the Native America
philosophy regarding hunting and the use of animals. You will keep the
hide you tan. For ages 11 to adult. $50 members, $65 non-members. Registration
is required.
• Snow Shoe and Cross Country Ski Equipment
Rental
You can rent cross-country ski and snow
shoe equipment during regular hours: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday
through Saturday, snow permitting. Equipment is for use on the Waterman
Center trails located on Hilton Road. Call ahead to ensure the equipment
you need is available.
• Christmas Tree Recycling
Waterman Center is accepting Christmas
trees as part of their on-going recycling project. Drop off your tree at
the Waterman Center parking lot.
