Tioga County EMS Provider of the Year
Campville's Squad Lt, Patricia Hickey, was presented the Tioga County 2007 EMS Provider of the Year Award at the Susquehanna Regional EMS Council dinner by the Tioga County EMS coordinator Connie Fedorowicz. Pat is fairly new to EMS but has accomplished a lot in the past three years. She was the 2nd Squad Lt. for the 2007 year for Campville, was the 2007 Vice President for Campville Fire Department, is a director of SREMS council, is a CPR instructor, and is a lab instructor trainee for the EMT classes. Congratulations, what a great honor.

Awards Banquet
Campville bid farewell to Mike Peters who completed his four years as Chief, 1st Assistant Chief Kevin Ford stepped down, 2nd Squad Lt./Vice President Patricia Hickey stepped down to pursue her instructor certification and attend CISM courses this year. President Jenn Ford stepped down, Treasurer Reed Durand stepped down to accept the position of 3rd Fire Lt.

Thank you for your dedication to the department. Our EMS couple, Ed and Rosemary Kotski, both received the Firefighter Award of the Year 2007 for their dedication and services to the squad. Congratulations.

Campville suffered a great loss with the passing of Ron Ford this year. We have also undergone some significant changes with the hiring of a pad ALS day crew to better serve our community. We are striving to strengthen our team/family and move forward in 2008.

Have a safe and Happy New Year.
