Meet the experts to discuss your new farm enterprise plans at this Cornell Cooperative Extension workshop Saturday, March 9, from 9:00 am to 12:00 Noon, at the Candor Fire Hall, 74 Owego Road in  Candor. 

 The workshop opens with a panel presentation from experienced local farmers and goes on to round-table discussions of topics ranging from forest farming, beef, sheep, goats, hogs, poultry and horses to vegetables, tree fruit, berries, grapes, ornamental crops and agri-tourism opportunities. Topics discussed will be tailored to the interest of the audience, with sound, practical advice from experienced farmers and extension educators.
