Auditions for the upcoming performance of the musical "My Fair Lady" by the Ti-Ahwaga Community Players will be held on Friday, March 9, at  7:00 pm,  and on Saturday, March 10, from  9:00 am til 12:00 Noon.  

 "My Fair Lady," which features the music of Lerner and Lowe, tells the story of Eliza Doolittle, a poor, Cockney flower seller who is turned into a lady by a linguist, Professor Henry Higgins. "My Fair Lady" premiered on Broadway in 1956 with Rex Harrison and Julie Andrews in the lead roles. A 1964 film version paired Harrison with Audrey Hepburn. Openings are available for lead, supporting, and chorus roles. Please prepare a vocal number; an accompanist will be provided. No monologues are required; there will be cold readings with cockney and standard British accents, depending on role interest. 

 The Ti-Ahwaga Players will perform "My Fair Lady" from May 25 through June 10.

 The auditions will be held at the Ti-Ahwaga Performing Arts Center, 42 Delphine Street in Owego.
