The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner and Awards Presentation was held  Thursday, February 1, 2007, at the Owego Treadway Inn and Conference Center.  The evening began with a cocktail hour followed by dinner.  Entertainment will was provided by Harpist Anna Lisa Quinn.
 
The chamber again recognized the achievements and contributions of individuals and businesses that made significant contributions to the Tioga County business community. The following awards were presented:
 
Above:  Dale Weston (right), Chair of the Tioga County Legislature, and Wayne Clark (left) of M&T Bank.

• Community Service Award - to the Citizens of Tioga County. The award was presented to the Chair of the County Legislature, Dale Weston. The plaque will be hung in the Tioga County Office Building. 

 • Beautification Award - Estates at 231 Main Street. The award was presented to owner Bruce Nelson

 • Company Of the Year - Tioga Downs Racing Gaming and Entertainment. The award was presented to Jeff Gural.

  The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce also expressed their thanks to M&T Bank for their continued support of the awards.

 Members that joined the Tioga County Chamber of commerce that evening include: Catholic Charities, Tioga Outreach Center;  HMK Clothing; Lazer Innovations; Radigan Broadcasting/WEBO Radio; Tioga Downs; and VandeMark & Son Pluming and Heating.

 The outgoing board of directors were recognized, and the new board of directors for the Tioga Chamber were introduced to the community.
