Training
Campville started off the new year hosting a Victim Auto Accident Extrication training with an attendance of 30 students. The first two evenings were spent in the classroom at Station 1 and the next two evening classes were out doors at Station 2.  Campville, Apalachin and Owego had their rescue trucks set up and everyone had hands on training. Any vehicles that are donated to the station are used for extrication training. Also, Tony Quaranta, Transportation Director for the Owego-Apalachin School District was kind enough to donate a school bus for the training. This was a long awaited training and everyone was anxious to participate. Congratulations to all who completed the course.

Ruth Anne and Gary Phelps attended and completed the NIMS training. We appreciate the personal time all our members put into training.

Squad
Campville squad welcomes our newest EMT, Sherri Young.  Congratulations Sherri. We also are happy to have two new students in EMT spring class. Our new apprentices, Andrew Daniel, JP Radjakowski and Marten Peterson, completed CPR training this month. These 16-year-olds are putting every effort into learning and helping at the station. We are proud of them.

Membership
Every Tuesday evening you will find our members at Station 1 involved in drills and training. Come in and join us. We can find a place for you.

Sick Call
Thank you for your prayers and thoughts for our members. We are happy to report that Bernie Sable has returned to work part time and is on the road to recovery. One can catch up to Bernie at Station 1 where he can be found working out and getting back in shape. Keep up the good work Bernie and welcome back.
