Water Painting Class to be Offered

 The Tioga County Council on the Arts is hosting a winter painting class called "Tioga Farmlands." The class will be taught by Bob Merwin. Students will learn painting basics while exploring the rich farming heritage of Tioga.
 
The class is offered Tuesday evenings, 6:30 to 8:30 pm, from February 21 through April 3.  Supplies are not included. A supply list will be furnished.
