Ribbon Cutting at Cellar Restaurant

A Ribbon Cutting was held on December 13, 2006, at The Cellar Restaurant which has moved one floor up at 196 Front Street in Owego.

For over two decades, The Cellar Restaurant was located in the basement of the building on Riverow. After the business flooded for he third time in less that three years, owners Bob and Sandy Layman decided to keep their creative style and move up a level. The restaurant is back, but on the first flood of the same Riverow building. With limited opportunity for expansion at their old space this new space is bursting with opportunity.

Hours of operation are: Tuesday thru Saturday Lunch 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, Dinner 5:30 to 9:00 pm, and Sunday Brunch 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. For more information about menu selections, upcoming special events, and entertainment visit thecellarrestaurant.net or call 687-2016.
