Daycare Provider Receives Award

 Local in-home daycare provider, Rose McCabe of Rosebud's Child Care and Learning, received the Star Early Childhood Educator Award on December 14, 2006, from Building Brighter Futures for Broome. She is also the recipient of the 2005 Daycare Provider of the Year Award from the Family Enrichment Network. Rose is in her 12th year of business as an in-home daycare provider. She is licensed through the New York State Office of Family and Children.
