Town of Owego Councilman Donald Castellucci, Jr. will be holding his 9th Annual Rigatoni and Meatball Dinner on Friday, February 16 at the Owego Elks Club from 5:30 to 8:15 pm. This year's speaker will be former New York State Assembly Republican Minority Leader and Gubernatorial candidate, John Faso.

  As always, Don will do the cooking and Roma's Bakery will provide the bread and cookies. Bill Nanni and Dan Cucci will provide the "Sounds of Sinatra and Dean Martin."
