DMV Moves to Fairgrounds Plaza

On November 30, a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held at the new location of the Tioga County Department of Motor Vehicles. The new office is in the Owego Fairgrounds Plaza, 42 West Main Street, Suite 6, in Owego. The DMV's former office was in the basement of the Tioga County Office Building which was severely damaged in the July 2006 flood. The basement is still uninhabitable.
