Eyeglass Collection a Success

 On Sight Night, October 31, Trick-or-Treaters collected more than  400 used eyeglasses which will be donated for distribution to needy people in developing countries.

 The Apalachin Lions express their thanks to the Apalachin Elementary School, Appleseed Preschool, the Apalachin Library, Apalachin Tioga Hills Scouts, and St. Margaret Mary's Jr. High Youth Group for their support. 

 Lion Terry White from the Apalachin Lions Club has forwarded the eyeglasses to Lions District 20E-2.
