En Plein Air Art Show Winners

   The Tioga County Council on the Arts (TCCA) has  announced the winners of the 19th Annual En Plein Air Juried Art Show which was held last month in Owego. The winners were as follows:
  • Paul Gould, 1st Place, Category I - Painting 
  • Roscha Folger, 2nd Place, Category I - Painting
  • Diane SBollen, 1st Place, Category II - 2 Dimensional Art
  • Larry Cooper, 2nd Place, Category II - 2 Dimensional Art
  • Lin Loomis, 1st Place, Category III - 3 Dimensional Art
