Open Enrollment for 4H Open enrollment for the new 4-H project year will be held Saturday, September 9, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm in the 4-H Youth Building on the Tioga County Fairgrounds in Owego. The 4-H Program is open to all youth from 9 to 19 years of age, as of January 1 of the current year. Young children from 5 to 8 years of age, as of January 1 of the current year, are welcome to participate as Cloverbud members. Adults who have special skills, talent, and knowledge to share with youth are a vital part of the program and are needed in various 4-H roles. 4-H Youth Development staff will be on hand on September 9 to discuss options for youth seeking to enroll in the program and to talk to adults with skills and knowledge to share who are interested in becoming involved in the program.
