Weaving Lecture & Workshop at Home Textile & Tool Museum The Home Textile Tool Museum in Orwell, Pa., is honored to have Tom Knisely, a well known weaving teacher come to the museum on Saturday, August 19, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm, for a lecture and workshop. Knisely will present information for beginning and intermediate weavers who struggle with reading and following weavers drafts. Threading, tie-ups and threading notations, profile drafts and how to use them will be covered with a question and answer time. The fee is $25, which includes museum admission. You can buy your tickets at the museum entrance. The museum is in Orwell, Pa, on SR 1036, 15 miles south of Nichols, NY. It is open on Saturdays, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, rain or shine.
