Cooking on the Lite Side
Freezer Cooking Classes
Rotate through recipe stations, scooping freshly cut and prepped raw ingredients into the provided baking pans or gallon-sized zip-top bags. Label your assembled meals, take them home, and freeze. Appropriate cooking instructions are included. The whole process takes approximately two hours and costs $198 for twelve entrees each serving of four to six people (a total of 48-72 servings) or $119 for six entrees each serving four to six people (a total of 24-36 servings), which is less than $3.00 per serving. Each week, three meals can be taken from the freezer and placed in the refrigerator to be enjoyed during the week. You will be able to provide your families with nutritious,
wholesome, home-cooked meals with less stress, quick and easy cleanup,
fewer trips to the grocery store and increased opportunities to enjoy family
dinners
