BPW Awards Scholarships
Last month, the Owego Business and Professional Women (BPW) honored the
recipients of BPW scholarships at a picnic at Hickories Park in Owego.
The BPW awarded six $400 scholarships to local high school seniors who
were selected by their guidance counselors based on BPW criteria. The recipients
were: Leah Lambert, Candor; Jennifer Brink, Owego Free Academy; Michaela
Conrad, Spencer Van Etten; Cyera Richter, Tioga Center; Carolyn Orth, Newark
Valley; and Elizabeth Kranz of Waverly.
