Barner Receives Scholarship

Stephanie Barner of Owego Free Academy was one of six local high school seniors to receive a scholarship award from the Harmony Club of Binghamton. The awards were given as a result of competitive performance by the students.
 Barner, who plays alto saxophone, plans to study Music Education at the Crane School of Music.
