Ribbon Cutting at The Peace Palace, Rainbow Healing Center

 A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held on June 1 for The Peace Palace, Rainbow Healing Center, Inc. a Cultural Arts Center at 62 North Avenue in Owego.

 Rainbow Healing Center is a not-for-profit intergenerational center serving youth, adults, and elders.  Their purpose is to increase personal growth and development, motivate, inspire and heal through the cultural arts.  

 Their objective is to create a safe environment within the community which encourages development of one's mental, personal, and spiritual well-bring, and to provide links with other community based organizations for ongoing support. 
 Their focus for 2006 is youth development through their Youth Outreach Program.
