Davis' Widow Announces Candidacy

 The widow of Don Davis has announced her candidacy for her husband's seat on the Owego Town Council in the upcoming election.

 "He was very dedicated to this community," said Lynne Davis, "and I would like to carry on his agenda and plans that he was unable to finish. I would hate to see all his hard work come to a halt.

 Lynne Davis, a Republican, added "To the many people who supported him in the last election, I ask that you support me and his ideas in the fall election. I promise to the best of my ability to carry out his wishes."
