Little Miss Apalachin Contest 

 The 2006 Little Miss Apalachin Contest will be held on Saturday, June 10, in conjunction with the Apalachin Firemen's Field Days. The contest is open to 8- and 9-year-old girls residing within the Apalachin Fire District.

 The girls will be judged on appearance, personality, and communication skills. The winner will receive a $200 Savings Bond, a tiara, sash, floral bouquet, and trophy. The runner-up will receive a $100 Savings Bond, a floral bouquet, and trophy. All participants will receive a flower.

 The contest will start at 12:00 Noon on June 10 in the food tent on the field day grounds. Contestants will check in at the stage area between 11:30 and 11:45 am.

 Pre-registration forms (see below) are required to be filled out for each contestant. The forms must be fully completed and received at the following address by 5:00 pm on Saturday, June 3: Paul  and Debbie Phillips, 3 New Street, Apalachin, NY 13732 (telephone 625-3604, fax 625-3604).
