Leadership Tioga Graduates

 The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce announces "Leadership Tioga" Graduation Ceremonies will take place on Tuesday, May 2, at The Ti-Ahwaga Performing Arts Center, 42 Delphine Street in Owego. A cocktail hour begins at 5:00 pm and graduation ceremonies follow at 6:00 pm.

 This event honors participants who have successfully completed the Leadership Tioga Program that started in September 2005.
