Benefit Spaghetti Dinner

 A Spaghetti Dinner to benefit Rick (Tiny) Keil of Owego will take place on Sunday, May 21, from 12:00 Noon until 5:00 pm at the Owego VFW Post #1371, 207 Main Street in Owego.

 Rick was diagnosed with non-alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver in January 2005.  He was the recipient of a liver transplant at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester in February 2006. Rick's family and friends are holding the benefit to raise funds for the expenses of the ongoing trips to and from Rochester, accommodations, home treatment, and medical supplies.

 The menu for the benefit includes spaghetti and meatballs with bread and salad. Cost is $5.00 per meal

 There will also be raffles, a bake sale, 50/50s, and an auction. 

 Music will be provided by DJ Jay Edwards.

 Rick grew up with his family in Apalachin on Forest Hill Road, and graduated from Owego Free Academy. He lives in Owego with his wife and 2 children
