The Annual Apalachin Firemen's Field Days will be held June 7 through June 10, Wednesday through Saturday, at Apalachin Firemen's Field Days Grounds. The grounds will open at 6:00 pm on June 7 through June 9, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evening. On Saturday, June 10, the grounds will open at 12:00 Noon.   The Field Days will feature rides, games, refreshments, and a chicken BBQ every night.
 
On Wednesday, June 7, there will be free rides from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. Two bikes will be given away at 9:00 pm (one girl's bike, one boy's bike).
 
On Friday, June 9, there will be a spectacular fireworks display at 10:00 pm sharp! 
  
On Saturday, June 10, the Little Miss Apalachin Contest will take place at 12:00 Noon. The contest is open to girls ages 8 and 9 who are residents of the Apalachin Fire District. For more information about the contest, call Paul and Debbie Phillips at 625-3604.
  
Saturday also features Pay-One-Price Ride Specials from 1:00 to 5:00 pm, and the Traditional Firemen's Parade at 6:00 pm.

     Advanced sale ride tickets are available now through June 6 at the Apalachin Pharmacy, Angelo's and  the Vestal Dollar Store on the Vestal Parkway.
