Ribbon Cutting in Owego

 A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held last month at United Credit & Collections at 68 North Avenue in Owego.
 Sonja Mammen has worked diligently with her partner Jim McCanney on opening a corporate collection agency which opened on  March 1, 2006.  They primarily collect past due invoices for a large publication company based in Pennsylvania.  Currently they have six employees.
