| Rochelle Pursell 13, of Owego, has recently signed with
a major New York City modeling agency. She and her parents recently went
to New York City for her first photo shoot.
Rochelle has entered many pageants, and last month competed in the East Coast USA Pageant in Long Island where she was crowned Jr. Miss Natural LI East Coast USA, and was scouted by one of New York's top Modeling Agencies called MMG. |
