New Officers for Historical Society

  Officers for the 2006 year were elected at the Board of Trustees meeting of the Tioga County Historical Society last month. Officers for the new year are: Gae E. Crosby, President; Christopher Kuhlman, Vice President; Richard VanHall, Treasurer; Emma Sedore, Secretary. These officers also constitute the Executive Committee along with the following trustees elected to the Executive Committee as members at large: Milton Dougherty, Patricia Gause, and Roger Sharp. Other trustees are: Kathye E. Arrington, Bill Caloroso, Peter Ellis, Ray Hunt, Bridget Kane, Tom McEnteer, Marvin Potter, Rikki Springsteed, and Linda Williams.

 The Tioga County Historical Society, 110 Front Street in Owego, is a non-profit organization and houses a museum and Tioga County reference and genealogy library. Hours of operation are Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
