Kim Kucharski Muller (center), pictured above with her parents Arlene and Eugene Kucharski of Apalachin, recently completed two terms as Mayor of Oneonta. In her honor, the Oneonta City Council unanimously voted to name the plaza on Main Street in front of the Clarion Hotel the Kim K. Muller Plaza. Muller opted not to run for a third term as mayor because she wanted to venture into other avenues. She continues to hold several positions with the New York State Democratic Party.
