Tioga Downs Progress
A "Topping Off" Ceremony was held February 3 at Tioga Downs Racino in Nichols to celebrate the completion of the exterior of the building. After dignitaries signed the beam, it was placed on the building.  

Tioga Down officials Jason Settlemoir, VP Marketing/Simulcasting Operations, Mark Phifer, Project Manager, and Eric Pierson, General Manager, sign the beam. 

Marte Sauerbrey, President of the Tioga County Chamber of Commerce, waves the checkered flag to signal the crane operator to set the beam in place.
