Riverow Bookshop Offers 
Regency Tea with Local Authors

 Riverow Bookshop on Front Street in Owego will host a tea with local authors Elena Greene and Merlin William Lessler from 1:00 to 3:00 pm during Owego's Holiday Showcase Saturday, November 12. 

 Elena Greene of Apalachin will attend in Regency costume and will be signing copies Lady Dearing's Masquerade, her sixth Regency romance
 Merlin William Lessler of Owego  (also known as  the "Old Coot") will be signing his latest book, I Grew Up In A Briar Patch!, a new collection of Old Coot essays.

 Tea and pastries based on period recipes will be provided. Visitors can also enter a drawing for free tickets to Pride and Prejudice, the upcoming movie adaptation of Jane Austen's classic novel. Copies of both authors' books are available for advance purchase at Riverow Bookshop and can be brought back during the event to be personally autographed.

 Elena Greene will also be signing copies of Lady Dearing's Masquerade at Waldenbooks at the Oakdale Mall in Johnson City on November 12 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm .
