O'Tannenbaum Holiday Showcase at Historical Museum

 The 3rd. Annual O'Tannenbaum Holiday Showcase will open at the Tioga County Historical Society Museum, 110 Front Street in Owego with a Sneak Peek reception from 1:00 to 5:00 pm on Sunday, November 6 and continuing until January 10, 2006.

 This promises to be another spectacular exhibit of decorated holiday trees, wreaths and other crafts. The display is also a silent auction which ends with a "Last Chance to Bid" reception on Sunday, December 18, from 1:00 to 5:00 pm. The holidays are a busy time for everyone and here is a chance to purchase a tree all decorated. 

 "The Toy Box Comes to the Dinner Table" will also be on display in the lower gallery. This will be a 200 year  old collection of children's eating ware and food related toys. 

 The Tioga County Historical Museum will have the following extended hours for this exhibit: November 6 to December 18, Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm; November 27 to December 18, Sunday 1:00 to 5:00 pm and 
Thursday until 8:00 pm.
