Ribbon Cutting at New School
A ribbon cutting and dedication ceremony for the new Owego-Apalachin Middle School in Owego was held on October 16.  An Open House was held after the ceremony. The new school, which connects to the Owego Free Academy, opened for classes at the beginning of this school year in September. The middle school is used for grades 6, 7, and 8.
