Elks Give Dictionaries to Local 3rd Graders

The Owego Elks presented dictionaries to 3rd graders in the Owego Apalachin Schools, St Patrick's School, and  Zion Leathern School. A total of 192 dictionaries were presented to 3rd graders in the area.  Owego Elks 1039, Exhaulted Ruler Emil Kotasek, Brenda Banker youth Activities Director, Joe DiCosimo AES Principal.  Students: Joshua Bowgrer, Conner Hart, Vaness King, Rebecca Vanbleet.
