Benefit for Chris Klimuzka

A spaghetti dinner to benefit Chris Klimuzka will be held on Friday, November 4, from 4:30 to 8:30 pm at the South Apalachin Baptist Church, 4116 Pennsylvania Avenue in  Apalachin. The menu includes spaghetti, homemade meatballs, salad, drink and dessert. There is no cost, but a love offering will be collected.
Earlier this year, Chris Klimuzka, 37, was diagnosed with a category 2 tumor in his brain, After surgery to remove the tumor, the doctors discovered that the tumor was growing much more aggressively than they had originally thought, and it was re- identified as a category 4.

Brian is married, and has a son, Brian, 14, and a daughter, Brianna, 7. The last few months have been hard for the family, with doctor visits, and traveling expenses.  Chris, a mechanic at Binghamton University, was also forced out of work for an extended period of time.

Members of the South Apalachin Baptist Church want to show Brian and his family their love and the love of our generous community by sponsoring the benefit spaghetti dinner. Money raised from the event will help pay for travel and medical costs.
