• Apalachin Women Writers 
November 9, Wednesday, 7 pm
 The Apalachin Women writers will hold the third in a series of workshops. The series is entitled "Get That Idea and Write." Anyone interested in writing; fiction or nonfiction is invited to attend. It is not necessary to have attended the first two workshops.  

• Preschool Story Hour
Thursday, 10:30 to 11:15
 Preschool story hour is held each Thursday morning from 10:30-11:15 am. Preschoolers and an adult read and do crafts. 

• Monday Evening Book Club
November 28, 7 pm
 The club will discuss The Revenge of the Middle Aged Woman by Elizabeth Buchan. Ask the library to reserve a copy for you!

• Thanksgiving Hours
 The library will be closed on Thursday, November 24, and Friday November 25.

• Mother-Daughter Book Club
 The Mother and Daughter book club will begin meeting again on Monday evening January 9, at 7:00 pm. Everyone reads the same book during the month and then gets  together and discusses it. This is a great way for teen girls and their mothers or adult friend to be able to talk and share opinions. Think about coming for a cup of tea and some good conversation.
