WIC Taking Applications

 Tioga Opportunities, Women, Infant's and Children's Program (WIC) will be taking applications to receive checks for WIC foods at the Methodist Church, Pennsylvania Avenue in Apalachin, on Tuesday, October 18, from 9:00 to 11:30 am.
