Tioga Business Show on Oct 6

 The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce announces, "Tioga Business 2005" which will be held on Thursday, October 6, at the Owego Treadway Inn and Conference Center in Owego.

 The show opens at 9:30 am, with an official ribbon cutting ceremony at 10:00 am in the Starfire lobby. Special events will be featured throughout the day including photo opportunities with celebrities at 12:00 Noon, door prize drawings starting at 3:00 pm, music with the Garafolo Brothers from 3:30 to 5:50 pm, and wine tasting by Lawler's Liquors featuring NYS Wines from 4:30 to 6:00 pm.  There will be other surprises throughout the day. 

 More than 100 businesses are involved in this year's event. The show will be held indoors in both floors and in the lobby of the conference center and outdoors in the parking lot of the Treadway Inn. A significant amount of new businesses will be participating for the first time along with those businesses that have been in the show since 1999 when the show was first established. 

 This show is open to the public; tickets are $4.00 at the door.
