• Little People/Big People
Tuesdays, 10 - 11 am
Features short stories, nature walks and crafts. Little people,
ages 3 and 4, are asked to bring a big person to share in the adventure.
Registration Required $2 members, $3 non-members.
• Tuesday Night Bingo!
Tuesdays, 7 - 10 pm (doors open 6pm)
Cash prizes. All paper. Proceeds benefit the Waterman Center.
$3 admission.
• Second Saturday Hike
Sept. 10, Saturday, 11am -Noon
Join a naturalist for a general hike and see what the natural
world is doing. Feel free to bring your lunch for after the hike. $3 members,
$5 non-members.
• Hiawatha Island Tour
Sept. 17, Saturday, 1-3 pm f you have always wanted to
go to Hiawatha Island now is your chance. Join us for a tour of the
island that has been called " The Jewel of the Susquehanna." Registration
required. $5 members, $8 non-members.
• Night Hike
Sept. 23, Friday, 7 - 9 pm
Walk in the woods without the aid of a flashlight. Learn about
some of the special adaptations that some of the local nocturnal animals
use in their night time adventures while experiencing one of your own.
Learn how to use your senses more effectively in the dark. $3 members,
$5 non-members.
