 Tioga Business Show to be Held in October

 Tioga Business 2005 is scheduled for October 6 at the Owego Treadway Inn and Conference Center. The show starts at 9:30 am and runs until 6:00 pm.  A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be held at 10:00 am to formally kick off the event.

 The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce is the host of this annual business show, which features more than 100 businesses from all over the Southern Tier. Both floors of the Treadway Inn will be filled with interesting and exciting booths displaying products and services. The theme for this year is Business is Booming in Tioga.

 Some of the businesses that have registered early for the show are:  Cedar Court Collectibles of Apalachin, AM&T of Binghamton, Route 96 Power and Paddle of Candor, Advantage Home Improvement of Johnson City, Elmira Business Institute of Elmira, Jim's RV Center of Nichols, Olum's of Vestal, All Star Sports of Owego, Southern Tier Commercial Cleaning of Spencer, and Navarro & Write Consulting Engineers from Waverly. Lawler's Liquor Store will sponsor a wine tasting event from 4:00 to 6:00 pm featuring New York State Wines.

 The Tioga Chamber is hard at work preparing for this year's event.  The goal is to host the most innovative and dynamic business show yet.  Each year the chamber introduces new ideas and businesses and this year will be no exception. The Chamber Business Show is one of the best business events held in the Southern Tier. Networking is a top priority and this is an excellent opportunity to make connections with decisions makers, which can make a difference for your business.

 If you are interested in purchasing a booth and participating in the show, act now as booths are going fast. If you are interested in attending the show, the cost to attend the event is $4.00 but you can get a free ticket by stopping down at the Tioga chamber office at 188 Front Street, in Owego.
