Day of Remembrance on Sept. 11 

On Sunday September 11, 2005, the Owego Fire Department (OFD) will hold a remembrance ceremony honoring those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. Also being honored are OFD personnel and Owego Police Department personnel, and our United States Military who have died in the line of duty. 

 The remembrance ceremony will be at 8:30 am at the Fireman's Fountain at courthouse square in downtown Owego.

 Everyone is welcome to attend and to help the Owego Fire Department honor those who have selflessly given their lives to protect others.
