Relay for Life: Virginia and Tom Milligan of Owego participate in the "Survivor's Lap" at the opening ceremonies for the Relay for Life held at the Owego Free Academy last month. This year the Relay for Life raised more than $120,000 for the fight against cancer, exceeding their goal of $98,000.
