Ribbon Cutting at Marshland Trail Estates - A Ribbon Cutting was held to announce a new housing subdivision called Marshland Trail Estates off Marshland Road in Apalachin. Encircling the subdivision will be a three-quarter mile trail controlled by the members of the subdivision to be used for equestrian and nature walks. Lots have deed restrictions and are priced from $40,000 and up. Two story homes only may be built with a minimum square footage of around 3,000 square feet. Homes will be in the $250,000 to $400,000 range.
