• Call for Volunteers 
 Volunteers are needed to staff positions for the 10th Annual Owego Little League Invitational Tournament throughout July. Stop by the Concession Stand to offer your services.

•  New Volunteers
 Welcome to new Owego Little League (OLL) volunteers Jerry McQueen as Training Coordinator, Phil Wiles as Photo Day Chairman assisted by Jamie Striley and Tee-Rex Manager Bob Anders as Tee Ball League Commissioner 

• Update History to 55 Years 
 OLL's history should be updated to cover 55 years. Your contributions are needed for years 2005, 2004, 2003, 2002. You may write "In Your Own Words" memorable moments to cover any period of time from 1952 to now.

• District Seven Tournament 
 Eight teams - Homer, Maine Endwell, Johnson City, Cooperstown, Owego, West Corners, Vestal, and  Oneonta/Norwich - competed Saturday, July 2, in the District Seven age 9-10 Little League Tournament at Hyde Park. 

• Hospitality for Visiting Teams 
 Say an out of town Little League team is at Hyde Park for a weekend (holiday) tournament. The team has to stay over for the next day's games. What local activities would you recommend for the visiting team? 

• Invitational Tournament 
 Hyde Park hosts the 10th Annual Owego Little League Invitational Tournament in July. OLL needs your help with field, umpiring, concessions, etc. Twelve teams will compete in each tournament: 10 and Under Tournament Monday, July 11, to Wednesday, July 20;  12 and Under Tournament Monday, July 25, to Wednesday August 3. 

• All Stars Announced 
 Manager Dave Bensley's District Seven 11-12 All Stars are: Ash Zawerton, Steve Yanchus, Dylan Wyrought, Taylor Woloch, Nick Whitmarsh, Jacob Shelley, Shan Marhsall, Scott Johnson, Clark Evans, Don Castellucci, Joe Cardone and Devin Bensley. 
 Manager Ray Scheuerman's District Seven 9-10 All Stars are Mike Yanchus. Tommy West, Austin Terry, Steve Tatich, B.J. Scheuerman, Scott Rudock, Nick Riegel, Kevin Miles, Jerry McQuade, Anthont Gage, Aaron Francis, Ben Crossgrove. Keenan Bryant. 
 Manager Lars Huffman?s Owego B 12 and Under All Stars are Andrew Strohl, Dillon Steigler, Kyle Seymour, Derek Schmidt, Matt Pousser, Wes Mosgawa, Sam Martin, Craig Luffman, Nick Larabee, Corey Harders, Connnor Gordineer. and Jonah Barnhart. 
 Manager Bill Magana's Owego B 10 and Under All Stars are Joey Young, Jordan Moloch, Tim Tab, Dakota Stigler, Jillian Sylvania, Shawn Ruddock, Joey Ronda, Steve Random, Josh Magana, Ryan Miller, James Felicia, Matt Beers, Michael Carper and C. J. Bergmann.
