Spaghetti Dinner to Benefit 4-Year-Old Who Needs Surgery
A Spaghetti Dinner to benefit four-year-old Mason Markosky (pictured above), will be held on Sunday, June 12, from 12:00 Noon until 4:00 pm at the VFW post on the corner Main and Church Streets in Owego. The event will also feature a Live Auction, a 50/50 Raffle, a Bake Sale, and a concert by Jared Campbell from Noon until 1:30 pm.
Mason, who is the son of Mike and Catherine Markosky of Owego, will be going through reconstructive airway surgery at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. This procedure will enable him to breathe without a tracheostomy tube and to speak on his own. Money raised by the event will be used for expenses incurred while Mason is at the hospital.
Tickets for the dinner are $12 per person at the door, or $10 per person pre-paid. You may pre-purchase tickets by calling 223-4176 or 754-8484.
