Morgan to Run for Owego Town Board 

Dean A. Morgan announced his candidacy for the Owego Town Board. He has served the public in the town and county over the past 30 years.  "I always have tried to work well with the public and encourage business growth in the town," Morgan said. "I look forward to serving the town in a new capacity."

 Morgan has served as President of Owego Kiwanis and Lieutenant Governor of the New York District. He volunteers for Relay for Life, the American Heart Association, is a member of the VFW Post 1371, and volunteers with several other community efforts. He lives in Owego with his wife of 33 years, Mary Jane.
