The Owego and Endicott Farmers market starts on June 14. The Owego farmers market will be at Eckerd's Parking lot from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.  This year the Historic Owego Market Group is working to promote the addition of a Friday market from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at Eckerd's as well.  

 The Endicott Farmers Market will start on Thursday, June 16 at Parking lot B, Washington Avenue. This market will also operate on Sunday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

 The cool weather has slowed up the growth of some vegetables.  However, a good selection of early farm fresh vegetables is expected at the markets.

 The markets are always looking for vendors who have farm raised fresh produce or home processed products.  If interested, please call Frank Wiles at 687-2874. These markets will continue to the end of October, with a last chance market scheduled November 11 at the Eckerd's site.
