Donald Castellucci, Jr., candidate for Town of Owego Supervisor announced today that he would appoint fellow Councilman, John Schumacher to the position of Deputy Supervisor if elected this fall. Castellucci stated, "I plan to have an administration that is balanced and works together as team. I do not believe one person can perform all duties and be successful. John has expertise in environmental, agricultural and financial issues. He will be an indispensable asset for myself as I transition into a new position and an advocate for the taxpayer. I look forward to partnering with John in the upcoming years."
