The Owego Rotary Club is sponsoring the 3rd Annual Bike-Tioga bicycle event on August 13 and 14, from Draper Park in the Village of Owego. In addition to promoting the benefits of bicycling, the event is a fund raiser for Rotary Special Projects in the community. 

 Bike Tioga provides experienced bicycle riders with the choice of four rides ride on Saturday, and a three rides on Sunday. All routes will begin and end at Draper Park. Rotary anticipates that about 100 riders will participate over the weekend. 

 Since this is not a race, riders will have the opportunity to stop along the ride for rest and refreshments. Riders may also visit the Newark Valley Depot Days celebration on Saturday, and the En-Plein Air Arts Festival in Owego on Sunday.
