Students to Attend Leadership Conference 

Five students from Tioga County school districts have been selected to attend this summer's Rotary Youth Leadership Conference, RYLA, which will be held June 26 through July 1 at Hartwick College in Oneonta.

 The students selected to attend the six-day training are Philip Rodgers and Alicia Adler from Owego Free Academy, Justin Cole and Carolyn Orth from Newark Valley High School, and Nate McNamara from Spencer-Van Etten High School.
 Two students were selected as alternates. They are Matt Gac from Newark Valley and Stephanie Barner from Owego Free Academy.

 Guidance counselor from Tioga County school districts were asked to select students with leadership potential to apply for this training experience. Interested student than followed an application and interview process before being selected to participate.
